PWs Virender and HC Sunny are present. Ld. APP submits that the
witnesses may be examined further only upon production of case property
alongwith FSL result as the identification of the case property by the witnesses is
crucial. In these circumstances, witnesses present are discharged unexamined for
today only.
PW Virender is bound down for the next date.
Copy of the order be served upon the Director FSL with directions to
expedite examination in this case as the accused is in custody since 25.01.2024
and the matter cannot proceed further without the FSL result.
An application has been moved on behalf of the accused Vijay
contending that he is not being provided proper treatment.
Copy of the order be served upon the Jail Superintendent concerned
with directions to provide proper treatment to accused alongwith treatment from
outside hospital, if required. There are serious allegations leveled by the accused
against the SMO. Let copy of this application be also served upon the SMO and
