On being asked, it is stated by Ld. Counsel for
Respondent No. 2 to 4 that he does not intend to file any formal
written reply to the application u/s 5 of Limitation Act and present
Appeal. It is further stated that he is ready to argue the application
u/s 5 of Limitation Act and present Appeal straightaway.
Arguments of both the parties on pending application
