Ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that he has already
applied for certified copies of the relevant documents for addressing
arguments before the Ld. Trial Court and without obtaining the certified
copies he cannot address arguments before the Ld. Trial Court.
Ld. Counsel further submits that in another revision petition
on similar facts, Sh. Arvind Bansal, Ld. AS, Shahdara District, has
already stayed the order of Ld. Trial Court and called for the TCR for

The present petition was already fixed today for arguments
only after considering all the facts as mentioned in the last order sheet
and this court has no option but to hear arguments on the petition.
Ld. counsel submits that 2-4 days time be given to him for
addressing arguments.
