respondent alongwith AR of the respondent.
Ld. Counsel for the revisionists submits that the revisinist be
allowed to obtain certified copies of the relevant documents and then to
address arguments before the Ld. Trial Court.
Ld. Counsel for the respondent submits that arguments on
behalf of the respondent be heard today only and he need not file formal
reply especially in view of the orders as passed by the other court of Sh.
Balwant Rai Bansal, Ld. ASJ vide order dated 20.04.2024.
This Court can hear the arguments on the petition but it
would be appropriate when the Court has the trial court record and
without going through the same the Court does not want to pass any
order.
Ld. Counsel for the respondent submits that as the Court of
Sh. Balwant Rai Bansal, Ld. ASJ has allowed the revisionist to address
arguments in a connected matter on 30.04.2024, the same would create
hindrance to the Ld. Trial Court in hearing the said connected matter.

has no concern about the other matters.
