None for JD.
An application u/s. 151 CPC r/w Order XXI Rule 43 CPC filed by
the DH for direction to the concerned bank to produce KYC documents and
account details of JD and for attachment of movable goods of JD.
Arguments heard on the above application. Record perused.
Ld. Counsel for DH submits that at this stage, his application may
be considered only for callling the record from the concerned bank.
For reasons stated in the application, instant application stands
disposed off as allowed.
Perusal of record shows that the warrants of attachment of bank
account of JD bearing no. 6612475618 maintained with Kotak Mahindra
Bank, Jagrit Nagar CHS, Anand Vihar, New Delhi was issued vide order dated
26.05.2025.
As per the process server report, the warrants was served upon the
concerned Bank Manager on 02.07.2025.
Let notice be issued to the concerned Bank Manager with a
direction to bring KYC documents and account details of JD alongwith bank
account statement of the JD for the period of 01.04.2021 till date, on filing of
PF, returnable for NDOH. Steps be taken within 07 days. DH is directed to

mention all the relevant details of summoned records from concerned bank
on the PF at the time of filing of PF.
Put up for above purpose and further proceedings on 16.12.2025.
