Today this matter is fixed for consideration on the
point of charge/filing of subsequent opinion on the MLCs of
injured persons.
However, sometime has been sought by IO/SI Dilip
Gautam for filing of subsequent opinion qua the MLCs of injured
persons by way of supplementary charge sheet.
Time is granted with directions to file the same as
per law on or before NDOH.

However, as far as the MLC of injured Noman is
concerned, it has been submitted by Ld. Counsels for
complainant that injured Noman has suffered permanent
disability in his eye due to the injuries inflicted by the accused
persons. It has been further submitted that said injured has been
medically examined by three different private doctors, who all
have opined that he has sustained serious injury in the eye, which
is grievous in nature.
In view of the above, IO is directed to get injured
Noman medically examined by the concerned doctor at GTB
Hospital at the earliest. Complainant as well as said injured are
directed to get in touch with IO for aforesaid purpose within next
3-4 days. IO is also directed to render all possible assistance in
this regard and is further directed to obtain subsequent opinion
on the MLC of injured Noman separately.
Put up this matter for filing of supplementary charge
sheet w.r.t. subsequent opinion/consideration on the point of
charge on 28.08.2024.
