Present: Sh. Parmod Kumar, Ld. Addl. PP for State along with
one of the injured Sh. Aas Mohd.
Accused Akram and Azruddin produced from JC.
Remaining accused present on bail.
Sh. Mohd. Salim, Ld. counsel for accused Suhail,
Kesh, Abul Qayum, Arif and Afjal.
Ld. counsel has undertaken to file his v/n on NDOH.
Sh. Kashif Ahmad Khan, Ld. proxy counsel for
accused Azharuddin.
Today, this matter is fixed for consideration on the
point of charge/filing of opinion on the MLCs of injured persons.
SHO concerned was directed to obtain opinion on all
the MLCs on LDOH. Notice was issued and same was received by
SI Dilip and further action was to be taken by him in this regard.
However, neither SI Dilip is present nor the opinions
have been furnished on record, but a written intimation has been
sent to the court seeking exemption for today on behalf of SI Dilip.
For the reasons mentioned, exemption from appearance is granted
for today with the direction to positively obtain the opinion on all

the MLCs and file the same on record on NDOH. Notice be issued
afresh to SI Dilip for NDOH.
Put up this matter for prupose fixed on 27.07.2024.
