PW-complainant Aas Mohd. and PW/Ct. Amit are
present. Ld. Addl. PP submits that before examining the
complainant, the FSL result regarding CCTV footage is required.
As per record, FSL result not received so far. Director
FSL is requested to expedite the result. IO is directed to follow-up
teh matter with the Director, FSL.
In view of submissions of Ld. Addl. PP, PW-
complainant is discharged unexamined for today. Ct. Amit submits
that he is not feeling well, therefore, cannot depose today. At his
request, he is also discharged unexamined.
Application is filed by accused Suhail praying to send
the trial of the case qua him to the court of Ld. JMFC since the
charges framed against him are only for the offences under Section
323/325/341/506/452/34 IPC which are Magistrate Triable. Copy

of the application not supplied to State. Same be supplied within a
week.
Put up for arguments on the application of accused
Suhail and for PE on 10.12.2025.
