Same is taken on record. Copy has been supplied.
Supplementary charge sheet w.r.t. subsequent
opinion on the injury sustained by Noman i.e. nephew of
complainant has been filed by SI Dilip. Same is taken on record.
Copy has been supplied.
Otherwise, this matter is fixed for further PE.

Summons sent to PW Ct. Amit Yadav received back
with the report that he is on leave today. Let he be summoned
afresh for NDOH.
PW Aas Mohd. i.e. complainant is present for
recording of evidence. However, the regular Addl. PP for the
State is on leave today and no Substitute has been provided so far
at 11:35 am. He is bound down for NDOH.
Put up this matter for further PE on 03.06.2025.
