Accused Akram @ Tirru has prayed for providing
LAC.
In view of said prayer, Remand Advocate for the court
of undersigned for this month, Sh. Rajeev Pratap Singh has been
called for representing the accused Akram @ Tirru in the present
case.
IO/SI Ankur Malik is present.
An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance has been filed on behalf of accused Afjal Khan.
Heard. For the reasons mentioned in the application,
same stands allowed with the direction to accused to appear in the
court on NDOH.

Today, this matter is fixed for filing of supplementary
charge-sheet w.r.t. subsequent opinion on the MLC of injured
Noman/PE.
IO/SI Ankur Malik has submitted that he has been
transferred from the concerned P.S.
In view of same, notice be issued to SHO concerned
with direction to file supplementary charge-sheet w.r.t. subsequent
opinion on MLC of injured Noman positively on NDOH.
PW/HC Jitender-DO is present, examined as PW1,
cross examined and discharged.
Complainant is also present and he has moved
separate applications seeking cancellation of bail of accused Firoj,
Aarif @ Babu, Afjal @ Billu, Abdul Qayyum, Suhail @ Sallu and
Kesh. Copies of applications supplied to Ld. counsel for accused
persons.
Accused persons are directed to file reply, if any to the
cancellation of bail application with advance copy to the opposite
party.
Put up this matter for further PE/arguments on
application seeking cancellation of bail of accused persons, as
named above, on 18.01.2025.
