Accused Akram and Azruddin produced from JC.
Remaining accused present on bail.
Sh. Mohd. Salim, Ld. counsel for accused Suhail,
Kesh, Abul Qayum, Arif and Afjal.
Sh. Mohd. Zaid, Ld. counsel for accused Akhlak.
Ms. Alka Singh and Sh. Mahesh Kumar, Ld. counsels
for accused Azharuddin. Fresh v/n filed. Same is taken
on record.
First IO/SI Ankur Malik is present.
Today, this matter was fixed for filing of
supplementary charge-sheet w.r.t. subsequent opinion on the MLC
of injured/consideration on the point of charge.
Meanwhile, supplementary charge-sheet w.r.t.
subsequent opinion on the MLC of four injured persons has been
filed. Same be tagged along with the main case file.
It has been submitted by the first IO that subsequent
opinion w.r.t. injured Noman is still left to be obtained from the
concerned doctor. However, it has been further submitted that he

has been transferred from P.S. concerned, therefore necessary
directions in this regard may be given to SHO concerned.
Accordingly SHO P.S. Welcome is directed to file
subsequent opinion w.r.t. MLC of injured Noman on or before
NDOH as per law.
Put up this matter for aforesaid purpose/consideration
on the point of charge on 22.10.2024.
