This is an application seeking cancellation of bail of
Firoz, Arif Babu, Afzal @ Billu, Abdul Kayyum, Suhail @ Sallu,
Kish moved on behalf of applicant/complainant Aas Mohd.

During the course of submissions, Ld. Addl. PP for
the State as well as Ld. Counsel for applicant has submitted that
report/status be called as to enquiry conducted, if any, on DD 52-
A, 57-A and DD no. 60 dated 04.07.2024, 22.06.2024 &
19.07.2024 respectively pertaining to PS Welcome for NDOH for
better appreciation of facts.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for non-applicants has
submitted that a report be called w.r.t. incident dated 21.09.2024
regarding eve teasing of Riya, sister of Shivam Sharma for
NDOH. Also report be called as to the PCR call made, if any, by
Shivam regarding eve teasing of Riya by Noman R/o H. NO. 614

E & A-59, Masjid Wali Gali No. 2, Babarpur, Shahdara, and
status of enquiry, if any, conducted by ASI Rajnish Kumar of PS
Welcome w.r.t. aforesaid incident.
Further, status report w.r.t. enquiry conducted, if
any, be called pertaining to incident of 21.09.2024 w.r.t.
complaint dated 05.10.2024 by Aas Mohd. at PS Jyoti Nagar for
NDOH.
