newspaper ‘The statesman’. This court has already received the
citation of the newspaper statesman edition dated 22.09.2024, which
reveals that the defendant has been served summons by way of
publication in the said newspaper for today. But, today despite of
repeated calls, no one has appeared on behalf of the defendant
despite of publication of summon in the above said newspaper for
today.
Matter stands passed over for 02:00 for awaiting the
defendant.
