Accused Sameer and Kapil produced from
JC.
Ms. Udai Vir Singh, Ld. LAC for both accused.
Inspector Ranvir Nagar and SI Ankur present today.
IO has appeared in person and clarified that on the same
date, two separate incidents had occurred and the accused persons had
caused injury to the different victims, out of which one had
succumbed to his injury and another one had survived that is why two
separate FIRs were lodged and separate charge-sheet has been filed
vide FIR No. 698/23 and 700/23.
IO submits that knife was recovered from accused Kapil
and “Aunty” has mentioned in the charge-sheet is misspelt and it is
actually “Aant” that is from the body of the accused and it was merely
a typographical error. He further submits that FSL result is also
pending.
Director, FSL is directed to expedite the FSL result as
early as possible. SHO, Welcome is directed to collect the same and
file in the Court by way of supplementary charge-sheet.
Part arguments heard.
Ld. Addl. PP is not available today as he has gone to
attend the additional duty in the Court of Ld. PDJ.
Put up for further consideration on charge on
31.08.2024.
