Proxy counsel for appellant, in the interest of justice, no adverse order is being passed today. Appellant is directed to address his arguments on the NDOH, failing which, matter shall proceed in accordance with law. He is also directed to file the written submissions on or before the NDOH with an advance copy to the opposite party. At this stage, Ld. Proxy counsel for appellant has filed an application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC r/w Section 151 CPC alongwith amended Civil Appeal under Section 96 CPC. Same be taken on record. Copy supplied. Ld.
