In compliance of last order, a written explanation has
been filed on behalf of SHO concerned as well as MHC(M) HC
Chander Shekhar. Same are taken on record. MHC(M)/HC
Chander Shekhar is present and he is directed to remain cautious in
future.
Otherwise, today this matter is fixed for filing
supplementary charge-sheet/further PE.
SI Anuradha is present on behalf of W/PSI Neha Tyagi
and she has filed supplementary charge-sheet w.r.t. sanction under
Section 39 Arms Act. Same is taken on record and be tagged along
with main case file. Copy supplied.

A written intimation has been sent to the court on
behalf of W/PSI Neha Tyagi, who prepared the supplementary
charge-sheet, seeking exemption for today. For the reasons
mentioned, exemption from appearance is granted for today.
In view of supplementary charge-sheet, additional
charge has been framed against accused Akash @ Dainy @ Yateesh
and Vikas Bhadoria for the offences under Section 25 Arms Act, to
which they pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
Ld. counsels for aforesaid accused persons have
submitted that they do not wish to recall the witness already
examined upon framing of additional charge u/s 25 Arms Act.
PW1 Karan Singh, recalled for further examination-in-
chief, has been examined, cross examined and discharged.
PW Ravi is present, examined as PW4, cross
examined and discharged.
Put up this matter for further PE on 13.05.2025.
