PWs Karan Singh, Ravi and Mangal Singh are present,
however, they are discharged unexamined as evidence is going on
in a double murder case FIR No. 558/2022 PS Welcome. Let, PWs
Karan and Mangal Singh be summoned afresh for NDOH.
A letter dated 05.09.2024 has been received from the
FSL office, stating that case property along with report can be
collected on any working day between 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.

Accordingly, SHO/IO are directed to collect the said
report along with case property and file the same on record on or
before the NDOH.
Put up this matter for purpose fixed on 22.10.2024.
