Present: Sh. Parmod Kumar, Ld. Addl. PP for State, assisted by
Sh. Praveen Kumar and Sh. B.K. Yadav, Ld. Counsels
for complainant along with complainant in person.
All accused not produced from JC in the wake of
shortage of police officials due to preparations for
Independence Day.
Sh. Ashok Kumar, Ld. counsel for accused Akash @
Jaini. (Fresh v/n filed). Same is taken on record.
Sh. J.P. Bansal, Ld. counsel for accused Rajan through
VC.
Sh. Mahender Singh, Ld. counsel for accused Vikas
Bhadhauria.
IO/SI Shiv Dayal not present despite service.
However, a written intimation has been sent to the court seeking
exemption for today. For the reasons mentioned, exemption from
appearance is granted for today. Notice be issued afresh to the IO
for NDOH.
Also, notice was issued to SHO concerned to appear
and render an explanation as directed in the last order dated
04.06.2024.

An explanation/compliance report has been filed by
SHO P.S. Harsh Vihar. Same is taken on record.
Further, notice was issued to Director, FSL Rohini
through DCP concerned to expedite the result of case property. In
pursuance of the same, a priority letter was sent by DCP concerned
to Director, FSL requesting for a tentative date by which FSL
report would be ready, however, despite service, neither anybody is
present on behalf of Director FSL concerned nor any tentative date
has been provided to DCP concerned.
In view of the above, issue notice afresh to Director
FSL to provide a tentative date by which the report of case property
shall be ready.
Otherwise, this matter is fixed for PE.
PWs Karan Singh, Ravi and Mangal Singh are present,
however, they are discharged unexamined as none of accused
produced from JC. Let, these witnesses be summoned afresh for
NDOH.
Issue production warrants against all accused persons
for NDOH.
Put up this matter for purpose fixed on 20.09.2024.
