This is the 3rd application u/s 483 BNSS moved on
behalf of applicant for grant of regular bail and the same has
emanated out of a pending trial before this court.
Today this application is fixed for clarifications from
IO/SI Shiv Dayal.
SI Shiv Dayal is present before this court upon
service of notice.
Some arguments have been heard.
However, during the course of the same, it has been
observed that case property, which was sent to FSL, is required to
be seen by the court before adjudication of the present bail
application.
Accordingly, issue notice to MHC(M) to produce
the case property before this court positively on NDOH.
Put up this application for aforesaid purpose/
remaining arguments on 23.05.2025.
