SI Nitin from PS Harsh Vihar is present and has
filed an application seeking sometime for filing supplementary
chargesheet qua sanction u/s 39 Arms Act by stating that the
same shall be filed before the court after it is received from DCP,
North East.
In view of above, time is granted with directions to
file the same on or before NDOH positively.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
Otherwise, this matter is fixed for PE today.
PW-3 Mangal Singh is cross-examined and
discharged.

PW Karan Singh is present, however, he is
discharged unexamined for today as MHC(M) has left the court
room before lunch without any intimation to this court.
Issue notice to SHO and MHC(M) to appear in
person on NDOH along with explanation in this regard.
Put up this matter for filing of supplementary charge
sheet/framing of additional charge/further PE on 09.04.2025.
PW Karan along with PW Ravi mentioned at Sr. No.
2 in LOW be summoned for NDOH.
Issue notice to IO to appear in person before this
court on NDOH.
