Today, this matter is fixed for further PE.
PWS Mangal Singh and Karan Singh are present.
However, they are discharged unexamined for want of case
property. Both these PWs are bound down for NDOH.
IO has been enquired as to the status of case property
i.e. desi katta, in response to which a written status report has been
filed, as per which, case property has been received along with FSL
result.
However, some time has been sought to file FSL result
by way of supplementary charge-sheet after obtaining sanction u/s
39 Arms Act. Time is granted in the interest of justice with
directions to file the same at the earliest.
