First IO/SI Dharmender in person.
Present IO SI Mohit Malik is present (through VC)
upon execution of BWs. He is directed to remain cautious in
future.
Today this matter is fixed for appearance of both
IOs/consideration on the point of charge.
However, Ld. Counsel for complainant has filed
two applications i.e. u/s 173(8) Cr.PC and u/s 91 (1) Cr.PC
seeking further investigation and preservation of CCTV Footage
respectively. Copies of the applications have been supplied to
the State.
Ld. Addl. PP for the State has sought sometime to
go through the said applications as well as to address arguments
on the same.
Time is granted in the interest of justice.

Ld. Addl. PP for the State has submitted that in the
meantime, reply to the applications i.e. u/s 173(8) Cr.PC and u/s
91 (1) Cr.PC be called from IO/SI Mohit Malik.
At this stage, IO SI Mohit Malik has intimated this
court that he has already been transferred from PS concerned.
In view of above, SHO concerned is directed to file
reply to the pending applications on NDOH positively.
IO/SI Mohit Malik is directed to render all possible
assistance to SHO concerned in this regard.
Put up this matter for reply and arguments on the
aforesaid applications/consideration on the piont of charge on
27.07.2024.
