IO/SI Mohit Malik not present.
Ld. counsel for complainant has undertaken to file v/n
on NDOH. She has also submitted that some time may be granted
to move an appropriate application / protest petition for seeking
further investigation in the present case. Ld. counsel is at liberty to
proceed as per law.
Otherwise, today, this matter is fixed for appearance of
IO/consideration on the point of charge.

However, despite service of notice, IO/SI Mohit Malik
is neither present nor any intimation has been sent to this court for
his absence. Issue BW in the sum of Rs.5,000/- against him
through DCP concerned for NDOH.
Also, Ld. counsels for accused persons have submitted
that the first IO/SI Dharmender be also called for NDOH.
Accordingly, issue notice to IO/SI Dharmender
through DCP concerned for NDOH for clarifications on the point
of charge.
Ld. Addl. PP for the State has submitted that police
file be called so that he can address arguments on behalf of State.
Accordingly, SHO is directed to send the police file of
this case to this court on or before NDOH positively.
Put up this matter for appearance of both
IOs/consideration on the point of charge on 07.06.2024.
