It is submitted by the Ld. Counsels for parties that
the parties have settled the present case with the
defendants in Mediation Center, KKD Courts, Delhi,
as per terms and conditions of the settlement
agreement dated 17.04.2023. It is further stated by
the plaintiff that a consent decree may also be passed
accordingly.
Heard.
Separate statement of the plaintiff and the defendants
have been recorded in this regard. In view of the
said statements of the parties and settlement
agreement Ex. C-1, a consent decree is passed.
Decree sheet be prepared accordingly. As the matter
has been settled between the parties before
Mediation Center, KKD Courts, Delhi, plaintiff is
entitled for refund of court fees in view of Section 16
of Court Fees Act. Necessary voucher be prepared.
File be consigned to record room.
