Counsels for revisionists along with revisionist no.1
and 2 also representing revisionist no.3.
By virtue of the present appeal, order of summoning
dated 18.05.2023 passed by Ld. MM (Shahdara) has been assailed.
Along with the present revision, an application seeking
condonation of delay has also been filed.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
Issue notice of the revision as well as the application
to the respondent on PF/RC returnable on NDOH.
At this stage, an application for staying the impugned
order has also been pressed, which has already been filed along
with the revision.
It has been stated by Ld. counsel that in case the
impugned order is not stayed, then the present revision filed against
the same, shall become infructuous.
In view of the above as well as in the light of facts and
circumstances of the present matter, the operation of impugned
order dated 18.05.2023 is hereby stayed till NDOH.
