Affidavit with respect to service of summons on

In terms of order dated 06.04.2024 the petitioner has
filed affidavit.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner requests for issuance of
summon again for respondent no.1 and also submits that as per
information received the respondent no.2 is residing at the address
given in the memo of parties and further requests for issuance of
summon qua respondent no.2 as well. It is prayed that summons be
given dasti. The Tribunal accedes the request of Ld. Counsel for the
petitioner.
Issue notices to respondents no.1&2 on filing of PF
through all modes. Process be given dasti.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply Rule
8 (2) (b) of Delhi MACT Rules, 2008.
