On being asked, it is stated by Ld. Counsel for
respondent that although he has received copy of appeal, certain
pages are illegible. Appellant is directed to supply legible copy of the
appeal to respondent/Ld. Counsel for respondent today itself. One
copy be also supplied digitally.
Subject to supplying copy of reply by the next date of
hearing with advance copy to appellant/Ld. counsel for appellant, put
up for arguments on next date of hearing.
At this stage, both the parties expressed their willingness
to amicably resolve the present dispute. On joint request of both the
parties, they are referred to Mediation Centre for 16.04.2024 at
02:00 pm.
Put up before this Court on 28.05.2024 for apprising the
Court about status of settlement. In case parties fail to settle the
matter, put up for arguments.
