As per the process server report, proposed defendant no. 6 was served
on 26.08.2025 and proposed defendant no. 7 was served on 17.10.2025.
As per the process server report, proposed defendants no. 4 and 5
could not be served due to “insufficient address”.
Proposed defendant no. 5 has appeared as respondent no. 1 in case
bearing CS no. 734/23 titled as Kishor Kumar Arora V/s. Mahender Kumar Arora
and Ors. and he has accepted the service for himself and on behalf of proposed
defendant no. 4 / Om Prakash in this case.
Reply to the application u/o I Rule 10 CPC, if any, be filed by proposed
defendants no. 4 to 7 within 04 weeks with advance copy to the other side.
Counsel for defendant no. 2 ensures to clear the cost of Rs.2,500/-
imposed vide order dated 16.12.2024 on or before NDOH.
Put up for arguments on application u/o I Rule 10 CPC, confirmation
of payment of pending cost and further proceedings on 04.02.2026.
