All accused persons on bail with Ld. Counsel.

Today this matter is fixed for arguments on behalf of
accused persons on the application u/s 216 Cr.PC seeking alteration of
charge filed by complainant.
Ld. Counsel for accused persons has submitted that he
has no objection in case the present application is allowed.
In view of above submission, the present application is
disposed of as allowed and additional charge u/s 325/34 IPC is hereby
framed, to which all accused persons have pleaded not guilty and
claimed trial.
PW Pravesh not present despite service. Let he be
summoned afresh for NDOH.
PW/DO ASI Anil Kumar is present upon execution of
BWs. He is directed to remain cautious in future. He is discharged
unexamined for today due to framing of additional charge. Let he be
summoned afresh for NDOH.
Put up this matter for PE on 23.02.2024.
Issue notice to IO to appear in person before this
court on NDOH.
