It is clarified that the copy of power of attorney and resolution of board dated 08.05.2024 will be taken on the record on payment of the cost of Rs. 5,000/- by the defendant no. 2 to the plaintiff. Accordingly, matter stands adjourned for payment of the cost by the defendant no. 2 to the plaintiff and also for filing of affidavits of admission/denial by the plaintiff and defendant no. 1 qua the said additional documents of defendant no. 2.
