The matter is fixed for evidence of the defendants. Today, the Ld. Counsel
for the defendant no.2 has filed hard copies of an application u/o 8 Rule 1A r/w section
151 of CPC for seeking permission to place on record the copy of power of attorney
and board resolution on behalf of defendant no.2 alongwith photocopy of resolution
and power of attorney. Copies thereof have been supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the
plaintiff and Ld. Counsel for the defendant no.1. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has
submitted that he does not want to file reply to the said application and he will straight
way argue on the said application on the next date of hearing.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant no.1 has filed an application u/o 8 Rule 1A
(3) r/w section 151 of CPC alongwith photocopies of certain documents.
Ld. counsel for the defendant no.1 has also filed affidavit of Sh. Sanjay
Dubey. Ld. Counsel for the defendant no.1 has submitted that the soft copies of
affdiavit of Sh. Sanjay Dubey and applications and documents have been sent to the
counsel for the plaintiff and also to the counsel for the defendant no.2 on their
whatsapp. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff and Ld. counsel for the defendant no.2 have
submitted that they have to check the same, as bunch of documents have been filed
today in the court and copies thereof have been sent on their whatsapp. Filing thereof

on the e-portal could not be verified by the Asstt. Ahlmad posted in this court, till 4.55
P.M.
Accrodingly, matter stands adjourned for verification of filing thereof on
the eportal and also for apprising to the court regarding receiving of all the copies
plaintiff and defendant no.2 and also for hearing arguments on the application u/o 8
Rule 1A of CPC filed by the defendant no.2. To come up on 14.11.2025.
