Sh. Shahkaar Alam, Ld. Proxy Counsel for the defendant
No.1 (through VC).
Sh. Yimyanger Longkumer, Ld. Proxy counsel for
defendant No.2.
On the last date of hearing, Ld. Counsel for the defendant
No.1 had filed an application for taking on record the additional
documents along with photocopy of certain documents.
Matter was fixed for today for verification thereof on the
e-portal. Assistant Ahlmad posted in this Court has reported that list of
documents has not been filed and blank pages are there from Page
No.22 to 35. The defendant No.1 is directed to remove these
objections.
Today, Ld. Proxy Counsel for the plaintiff has submitted
that main counsel for the plaintiff had received the blur copies of the
complete set on his whatsapp.
So the defendant No.1 is directed to supply the legible
copies of the said application and all the annexures thereto to the
plaintiff or it’s counsel, so that the reply to the said application may be
filed by the plaintiff on next date of hearing.
At this stage, proxy counsel for defendant No.1 has
submitted that mother of the main counsel for defendant No.1 is
hospitalized, so two weeks time may be given to supply the complete
set of documents to the plaintiff. Same is granted.

At this stage, proxy counsel for defendant No.2 has also
submitted that defendant No.1 may be directed to supply the copies of
the said application and annexures thereto to defendant No.2 or his
counsel, so the proxy counsel for defendant No.1 is also requested to
supply the copies thereof to the defendant No.2 or his counsel.
On the last date of hearing, the counsel for defendant
No.2 had also filed an application u/o 8 Rule 1A r/w section 151 of
CPC for seeking permission to place on record the board resolution.
Filing thereof on the e-portal has been verified by the Assistant
Ahlmad posted in this court.
Proxy counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that today
the main counsel is busy in Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, so, he will
file the reply to the said application on next date of hearing.
Matter stands adjourned for removal of the objections by
the defendant No.1 and also for filing replies and arguments on the
said application filed by the defendants.
