witness of official of defendant no.1 Sh. Sanjay Dubey (Garrison Engineer) has been
received by her today itself and submitted that she has to file the same online and seeks
adjournment. Ld. Counsel for the defendant no.2 also seeks adjournment. In view of the
request made by the Ld. Counsels for the defendants, matter is ordered to be listed for
evidence of the defendants.
At this stage, Ld. Counsels for all the parties have jointly requested to
adjourned the present matter for 23.08.2025. Accordingly, matter is ordered to be listed
on 23.08.2025 for evidence of the defendants.
