Arguments on charge heard.
IO has brought the CCTV footage received from
FSL. IO had brought the sealed envelop duly sealed with the seal
of CFD/FSL/Delhi, which was opened and one pendrive was
taken out and run in the system of the Court and seen in the
presence of Ld. Counsel for accused persons. In the said video
footage, 2 accused persons are seen, who are identified by the IO
as accused Ramtez and Vijay Verma, who are seen firing at the
deceased and snatched his bag containing money.
IO is directed to seal the said envelop containing the
pendrive with the seal of Court and submit the same.
Put up for further consideration on charge on
23.09.2025.
