Both accused present on interim bail.

IO/ACP Jashod Mehta not present despite service.
However, a written intimation has been sent to the court seeking
exemption for today. For the reasons mentioned, exemption from
appearance is granted for today. Issue notice afresh to IO for
NDOH.
Today, this matter is fixed for production of CCTV
footage by the complainant.
The CCTV footage has been shown to the court.
It has been submitted by the complainant that in
addition to the casteist remarks, he was also physically beaten by
the accused persons. He has further stated that an MLC was also
prepared in this regard. However, perusal of charge-sheet reveals
that no such MLC is part of the same.
Some time has been sought by the complainant for
production of MLC, by stating that he has handed over the said
MLC to his counsel, who is not present today. Time is granted in
the interest of justice.

Put up this matter for aforesaid purpose/further
arguments on regular bail of accused persons/consideration on the
point of charge on 25.11.2023.
Interim bail granted to accused persons, is extended
till NDOH upon same terms and conditions.
