Sh. Ashish Kumar, Ld. Counsel for complainant.
Both accused present on bail with Ld. counsel Sh. Hitesh
Pandey.
IO/ACP J.S. Mehta not present despite service. However, a
written intimation has been sent to the court seeking exemption for
today, as he is on EL. For the reasons mentioned, exemption from
appearance is granted for today. Notice be issued afresh to IO for
NDOH.
Today, this matter is fixed for PE.
PW Kunal Bhargav is not present despite service.
However, his father is present and he submits that said witness is not in
a position to depose, as presently he is suffering from mental problem,
for which he is under treatment from IHBAS. Let, this witness be
summoned afresh for a later date.
PW Arun Kumar Bharti is present, however, he is
discharged unexamined as evidence is going on in a murder case bearing
FIR No. 273/2021 P.S. GTB Enclave u/s
302/307/120-B/201/147/148/149/34 IPC. Let, this witness be summoned
afresh for NDOH.
Put up for purpose fixed on 22.08.2025.
