However, the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has reported that the
defendant stands duly served, by speed post, on 12.03.2024. He has
also filed an affidavit of service, along with speed post receipt and
Tracking Report, from the Department of Posts, Government of India.
As per the tracking report, the defendant stands duly served by speed
post on 12.03.2024.
In these circumstances and in the interest of justice, a
further period of two weeks is granted to the defendants to file his
Written Statement, along with statement of truth and affidavit of
admission or denial of the documents with advance copy of the same
to the ld. Counsel for the plaintiff.
The ARs for the parties shall appear in person, before the
court, on the next date of hearing, for exploring the possibilities of
settlement, if any.
