Accused is present on bail in person.
IO/Inspector Shashikant in person.
Sh. Mohd. Alim and Ms. Jyoti, Ld. Counsels for
complainant.
PW-6 Sajauddin and HC Naresh are present, but
they are discharged unexamined as the counsel for the accused is
not available today and adjournment is sought by the accused,
which is granted subject to payment of cost of Rs.700/- to PW-6
on the next date. Previous cost of Rs.700/- is paid to PW-6. PW-6
is bound down for next date.
PW HC Naresh is discharged unexamined for today
as he is required to prove the CD of scene of crime, for which IO
is directed to make arrangements and to bring a laptop for
playing of CD in the court.
PW Constable Puneet is served, but absent. Issue
B/Ws in a sum of Rs.500/- against him through SHO concerned
for next date.
Put up for cross-examination of PW-6 and evidence
of Constable Puneet on 08.08.2024 and for RPE on 22.08.2024,
on which date IO shall produce the laptop and PW HC Naresh be
again summoned for his examination.
