IO/Inspector Shashi Kant in person.
PW-9 HC Rohtash is cross-examined and discharged.
PW-10 Inspector Shashi Kant is examined-in-chief. His
cross-examination is deferred at request of counsel for accused as his
senior associate counsel who will cross-examine the witness, is not
available today as he is busy in other court.
Ld. Chief PP for State submits that Dr. Tarun Kumar, JR,
GTB Hospital, who has prepared the MLC, has not been examined so
far and as per the previous reports on summons, Dr. Tarun Kumar has
been transferred to Dehradun. He has requested for issuing directions
to Medical Superintendent of GTB Hospital for sending any other
doctor to prove the signatures of Dr. Tarun on the MLC.
Accordingly, summons be issued to Dr. Tarun Kumar
through Medical Superintendent of GTB Hospital with directions to
send any other doctor who can identify the signatures of Dr. Tarun in
case Dr. Tarun is not posted in the hospital for the next date of
hearing.
Put up for cross-examination of PW-10 Inspector Shashi
Kant and entire remaining PE on 02.09.2025.
