Supplementary charge-sheet filed. Copy supplied.
IO has filed a cryptic supplementary charge-sheet
and there is no clarity on the case from the said supplementary
charge-sheet. IO submits that DVR was seized and sent to FSL,
but he failed to reply, if he had taken any copy from the FSL for
the purpose of investigation. No such report has been received
from the FSL till date. It appears that IO is ill trained to deal with
the electronic evidence and he has not taken any copy of
electronic evidence from the FSL during the course of
investigation and filed the supplementary charge-sheet in a haste.
SHO, Harsh Vihar is directed to take up this pending
investigation and file a proper report, failing which the report
shall be called from the DCP concerned.
DCP concerned is time and again directed to get IOs
properly trained to deal with the electronic evidence.
Director, FSL is also directed to apprise the Court
about the pending FSL result.
PW Waseem Khan discharged unexamined as Ld.
Addl. PP is on leave today and no substitute PP is available.
