CPC filed on behalf of defendants. During arguments, Ld. Counsel for the
defendants seeks leave to withdraw his application under Order 7 Rule 11
CPC.
In view of the prayer of Ld. Counsel for the defendants, the
application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC is disposed off as withdrawn.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant submits that defendant has not
received the documents along with plaint.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiffs undertakes to supply the copy of
the documents to the defendants within the course of the day.
Defendants are directed to file WS within two weeks with
advance copy to the plaintiff.
Plaintiff to file replication, if any, two weeks thereafter with
advance copy to the defendants.
Put up for completion of pleadings/admission/denial of
documents and framing of issues on 02.12.2023.
