Affidavit in respect of admission/denial of documents filed
on behalf of defendant. Same be taken on record. Copy supplied.
Replication has not been filed despite opportunities given
to plaintiff.
Pleadings are complete. Admission/denial is not pressed
for. From the pleadings of the parties, following issues are framed:
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to a decree of possession
against the defendant for the suit property, as prayed for? (OPP)
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to decree towards arrears
of rent, if so, at what rate? (OPD)
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to decree of mandatory
injunction, as prayed for? (OPD)
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to damages, if so, at what
rate? (OPD)
4. Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed for. Plaintiff is directed
to file the list of witnesses within 15 days from today. Advance copy of
the evidence be supplied to the opposite party at least 7 days prior to
the next date of hearing. Put up for entire PE on 25.05.2026.
