1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to a decree
of recovery of Rs.92,502/- from the defendant,
as prayed for? (OPP)
2.Whether the plaintiff is entitled to a decree
for recovery of Rs. 4070/- towards interest for
the period 23.09.2023 to 30.11.2023 from the
defendant, as prayed for ? (OPP)
3.Whether the plaintiff is entitled to pendente-
lite and future interest @2% per month
alongwith compensation of Rs.1 lac from the
defendant, as prayed for? (OPP)
4. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the cost of
the suit including litigation expenses from the
defendant ? (OPP)
5. Whether the suit of the plaintiff is not
maintainable ? (OPD)

22.05.2025. Advance copy of the affidavit be supplied to the opposite
