Details of the purchaser of the suit property has been filed on behalf of
defendant no.2 in between the dates.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff is directed to inspect the file and move
appropriate application in this regard by the NDOH.
Site plan of the suit property has been filed on behalf of plaintiff in
compliance of previous order. Copy supplied to the counsels for defendants.
It is submitted by counsel for defendant no.1 and 4 that he needs some
time to file WS as he has applied for certified copy of the earlier litigation which was
pending between the parties. It is further submitted that defendant no.1 and 4 intend
to file application u/o 7 Rule 11 of CPC. Let the same be filed with advance copy to
the opposite party.
Reply, if any to the above mentioned application u/O 7 Rule 11 CPC be
filed by the plaintiff within 15 days with advance copy to the Ld. Counsel for
opposite party.
Put up for further proceedings on 08.08.2024. Interim order to continue
till NDOH.
