In view of the statement made by defendant no.1 and 4
and the undertaking given by defendant no.2 and 3 on
08.11.2023, it is submitted by counsel for plaintiff that the relief
(a) prayed by the plaintiff stands satisfied.

Accordingly, the matter shall proceed only with respect
to prayer (b).
Some time is sought by counsel for defendant no.1 and
4 to file written statement. Let the same be filed with appropriate
application for condonation of delay with advance copy to the

advance copy to the opposite party.
Put up for completion of pleadings on 12.11.2024.
