Present : Shri Abhinandan, Ld. Proxy Counsel for plaintiff with AR,
namely, Shri Lokesh Raghav.
Defendant no.1 is already ex-parte vide order dt.19.11.2024.
Defendant no.2 has not yet been served.
The plaintiff has filed an application under Order 7 Rule 14
CPC for bringing on record additional documents. Application is taken up
for hearing. In the interest of justice, subject to cost of Rs.3,000/- to be
deposited in R.C.B.A, application under Order 7 Rule 14 CPC is allowed
and additional documents are taken on record.
Ahlmad has not yet issued process for publication, which was
directed to be issued vide order dated 10.03.2025 and then vide order dated
14.07.2025 citing that due to heavy work load and leave of Assistant
Ahlmad, PF could not be traced.
Ahlmad is directed to explain in writing as to why appropriate
action should not be taken against him for non compliance of orders dated
10.03.2025 and 14.07.2025 till today.
To avoid further delay, plaintiff is directed to fresh PF in
compliance of order dated 10.03.2025 within 7 days from today.
Be put up on 26.05.2026.
