Present : Ms. Kritika Vats, Ld. Counsel for petitioner through VC.
An application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC was efiled on
behalf of the petitioner on 22.07.2025 along with amended petition. Hard
copy already filed.
Heard on the application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC filed on
behalf of the plaintiff for amendment in the petition.
The matter is at the initial stage and the amendments sought
are formal in nature.
Considering the reasons stated in the application, the
application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC is allowed. Amended petition
annexed with the application be taken on record.
Summons be issued upon the respondent as per Section 25-B
(2) of DRC Act, on filing of PF & RC within 07 working days returnable
for 10.11.2025.
In-charge, Nazarat Branch is hereby directed to ensure that the
process issued shall be executed and served preferably in 3 days. In case
the respondent refuse to accept the service or is not found available despite
three mandatory visits, process server shall affix the summons at a
conspicuous place of the respondent and leave the copy of the petition and
annexure as per procedure and will file his report alongwith affidavit of
service. Copy of the order-sheet be annexed alongwith the process.
