received the full and final settlement amount from JD no. 1 & 2.
DH no. 1 and 2 have further submitted that they
want to withdraw the present execution petition as matter has
been settled between the parties out of Court. The joint hand
written statement by DH no.1 and 2 filed in this regard. The
same is Ex.P1. DH no.1 and 2 produced their original Aadhar
card for the purpose of identity, self attested copies of the same
are taken on record. DH no.1 and 2 have further submitted that
they may be allowed to withdraw the present execution petition
as satisfied.
In view of joint hand-written statement of DH no. 1
and 2, the present execution petition is disposed of as withdrawn
being satisfied.
