Publication has not been carried out. Plaintiff is directed to
take fresh steps in this regard.
SMC has already been annexed with the petition. Let the
same be verified through Deputy Commissioner concerned on filing PF
for NDOH.
Ld. Counsel Ms. Jasmine has appeared on behalf of one
Ms.Sakshi Gangwani and submitted that she may be impleaded in the
present petition as a respondent since she is the nominee to the assets of
late Smt. Komal Taneja and is entitled to the assets maintained with
Indusind Bank qua which the present petition has been filed. She is
directed to move formal application in this regard along with objections to
the present petition if any on or before NDOH with advance copy to the
petitioner.
Bank witness has appeared upon summons. He is examined
as PW-1 and discharged.
Now to come up for report of publication, filing of
objections and further proceedings on 01.05.2024.
