In terms of warrants of attachment issued, Rs.
10,000/- was paid by the JD, as confirmed in Court as well. In
addition to the same, an amount of Rs. 1 Lakh has also been paid
to the DH in Court today and it has been undertaken that the
remaining amount of Rs. 2,33,504/- shall be cleared within 03
months from today. In this regard, statement of the DH qua the
receipt of the amounts has been recorded as well. It is made clear
that if for any reason whatsoever the JD does not stick to the
timeline agreed upon today, coercive proceedings as to his arrest
shall be initiated without further ado and he has been put to
notice in that regard today itself.
